Employee safety is a key focus for KPC. The site implements the Prima Nirbhaya Safety Management System focusing on preventing fatality & serious injuries (FPE), Golden Rules, and devotes substantial efforts to make the workplace safe and minimize the risk of incidents.

All employees, KPC and Contractors, receive health & safety trainings. Contractor Management System (CMS) has been implemented, new contractors are carefully selected. KPC departments and contractors are regularly audited against the requirements of FPE.
